HubPro respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects everyone who uses our service to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a Notice of Infringement

If you believe content uploaded through HubPro infringes your copyright, send a written notice that includes:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including the specific link or file location on HubPro.
4. Your contact information: address, phone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notification

If you believe a file was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing your identification, the material removed and where it was located before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district.

Repeat Infringers

HubPro will terminate access for users found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
